Patrick has been at Delta Air Lines since 2012. In his current role as General Manager of Distribution Strategy, he is focused on driving Delta’s retailing vision. As part of his role, he is responsible for connecting Delta’s retail vision and next-gen product strategy to corporate and leisure customers. This includes overseeing Delta’s technology investment in bringing new products to market with IATA’s New Distribution Capability (NDC). Patrick and his teams collaborate across the industry to gather feedback from customers and partners to help drive Delta’s Distribution strategy. Over his 11 years at Delta, Patrick has held roles in Revenue Management, Small Medium Enterprise Strategy, SkyBonus, and helped lead Delta’s Agile transformation.
He is based out of Atlanta, GA, where he lives with his wife and two kids. When they are not enjoying traveling the world, Patrick is involved with Big Brother Big Sister of Atlanta, where he has been matched with his current mentee for the last twelve years.
