Daryl began his career in the travel industry in 1976 by starting 20th Century Concepts - a company which organized motor coach concert tours - with $50 and a partner. In 1979, he launched Co-op Travel where he was Manager until 1981.  In 1984, he purchased Continental Travel. Since then, he has acquired 15 agencies and merged them into one location under the names of Continental Travel Group.

Daryl has coordinated many groups of agencies for different events and causes. The path through ESG and sustainability is part of being competitive in today’s and tomorrow’s marketplace and driving margin higher with less labor.

Daryl is a past President of the local Skal chapter, the Winnipeg Executives Association, the Manitoba Club and a board member of numerous organizations.
