What are the benefits of attending the ITMC Summit?

Since we will be focusing on multiple travel verticals including Corporate, Leisure and MICE, you will have the opportunity to benefit from exposure to some of the new travel patterns in the evolving SME market and learn how to adapt and innovate in ways that traditional global TMCs and agencies can’t.

This is the time to think outside of the box and look at your business through the eyes of today’s consumer. The ITMC Summit has the sole focus on exposing how you can drive revenue and will provide real value in how you view and operate your business today and tomorrow.

What can I expect from the content at the ITMC Summit?

Quite simply, expect the unexpected! We have designed the summit to incorporate a wide range of topics that are on-point to the current business environment. We will also be looking at emerging technologies and practices that will allow you to compete in today’s dynamic environment, set you in good stead for the future, and be more profitable.

We will look at topics from a global perspective, and through collaboration how we can benefit from our collective strengths. Sessions will include interactive discussions so you can actively shape the narrative and provided immediate feedback to our panel of speakers and industry experts.

Our networking activities and breakout sessions will tackle topics such as:

  • What trends will impact independent TMCs and agencies
  • The value of quality over price
  • Blended travel
  • Generational shifts
  • The customer has changed, and agencies must adapt
  • New revenue streams

What type of TMC/Agency should attend the ITMC Summit?

Bringing Global Travel Together is more than just our summit theme. The ITMC Summit will feature robust content for independent travel management companies and traditional travel agencies that feature leisure, corporate, meetings & events, and group travel verticals. The originating concept is based around the requirement to provide a comprehensive offering of business strategies and best practices, with the goal of helping delegates leverage their existing value proposition to increase profitability. Delegates can also expect to discover ideas to unlock new revenue streams for their business.

How does the ITMC Summit differ from GBTA?

GBTA and the ITMC Summit differ in many ways. At the ITMC Summit we will drill down on the topics that matter most – how your business can grow, compete effectively, and deliver a compelling service proposition. Our summit is intimate, interactive, and more importantly gives you the opportunity to contribute and action strategies that will drive your income potential.

If you want to be an active participant and get involved in the best strategies to succeed, the ITMC Summit will deliver.

Who in my organisation should attend the ITMC Summit?

We recommend businesses consider sending people from both sales and operational leadership roles, to augment a 360-degree view of your current business' practices and maximise the learning opportunities presented during the summit. A diverse audience will provide a more in-depth perspective on the issues and opportunities discussed and aid the implementation of new ideas when delegates return back to their place of work.
